Ian Cresswell CMIOSH MIIRSM FCIOB
For over 30 years, Ian Cresswell has been a noteworthy leader in the health & safety profession.
Having learnt his craft at John Laing, he spent time at Galliford’s before moving onto the Durkan Group where he worked for 20 years, with 15 of those years as Board Director for the health, safety, quality and environmental disciplines.
More recently, he has worked for ISG, as Head of H&S for their London Construction division, before adding a new dimension to his career by pursuing a Head of Construction consultant spell in the CDM / risk management game.
He continually strove to work with teams to declutter the corporate safety management system and deliver real benefits to employee engagement, productivity and health and safety.
His primary goal has been to influence new ways of thinking, and to change old fashioned attitudes and approaches to safety leadership.
